Go through the fallen trees and you find some spiders there.
From the northern middle Godstone on top of the nexus go to the NW. part of Hammer of the Smith - all the way up North.It is slightly hidden to the left of the structure, as seen on image part of Master of Life and Death (dagger ) - directly north of NW godstone inside the city (not the one outside).Axe of the Mountains part (axe) - SW corner, skeleton lying on the sand near some monster skeletons.Dwarven Token - found in NW part by the bear cave.Berserker note talks about it, there could be altar somewhere for it? Rol'Gar's Skull (quest item) - found in hidout cave on second visit (slightly NE from a little refugee castle), when Refugee Quest starts.But no confirmation if it is 100% necessery. Impervious Protector - Shrine in western part of map, on the stairs to the refugee castle.Impervious Protector - possibly shrine on western side of the river, in the middle.Mysterious Page II (quest item) - not an artifact but needed later to get one (Ring of Mystics).Impervious Protector - possibly statue (early campaign) not missable when taking the cave-exit of the prison.Some parts are mentioned on his separate list on the bottom of the main one.
